Services
Rental Residences
One bedroom units that are spacious enough for a couple as well as units for only single persons. Each unit has a small garden and also a shade net parking. The units are close to the main building with access to facilities on site.
Life Right Residences
One bedroom units with shade netting parking on the main site. Two bedroom units on the main premises or across the road, also with lock up garages. Units are close to the facilities on site.
Assisted Living
At our custom homes, we offer support services. A team of trained carers provides assistance to residents with regards to each of their individual needs for care, assistance and attention.
Frail Care
At the Silwer Akker Frail Care Unit, our goal is to provide outstanding care and support to our residents in their golden years.
Clinic
Residents can make appointments to see medical staff for general advice, wellness tests, administration of certain injections and also wound care.
Home care
Our home care is accompanied by individualised care plans that are provided based on everyone's individual needs and preferences.
Dementia Care
In collaboration with ADASA, Suikerbos Retirement Village now has a specialised dementia care unit opposite our main premises.
Palliative Care
The future facility will provide terminally ill patients with a compassionate, specialised service to improve their quality of life during their final journey.
